The Nassau County Clerk's Office preserves and protects land records and provides a wide range of
services to the public in a professional and courteous manner. This on-line service has been added
for your convenience. Document images are available from February 22, 1994 to present time. New recordings
will be added and kept up to date as quickly as possible. Documents recorded prior to 1994 will be added
periodically. Be sure to check the certification dates when searching these records.

This new FREE service provided by the Nassau County Clerk will alert you with an e-mail notification when a document is filed in the Nassau County Clerks office with your NAME and/or SECTION/BLOCK/LOT reference on it. To sign up, please click Property Fraud Alert
CERTIFIED COPY OF A DOCUMENT
A certified copy of a document may only be obtained from the Nassau County Clerk's Office. Please contact or visit our office.

Searching is provided as a free service. Image downloading will incur a $.65 per page charge:
Subscription Users
Our Subscription users will be charged $.65 per page (no subscription fee). To become a subscription user simply fill out the registration form and choose a Member ID and Password for future visits
Pay-Per Access Members
For our Pay-Per Access members the charges will be $.65 per page. When downloading pay-per access users will be prompted with a credit card form
Search Results
Search results may be printed for $1.50 per page. Please be aware of this fee before printing search results!
